• I shared my story of how and when I started Moms Demand Action - it was exactly eleven years ago today!

• I explain how we all have this fire inside of us - whether it’s starting small with a difficult conversation or starting something new and big.

• I invited participants to share their personal stories about how uncovered their spark and started a fire: from volunteering with Moms Demand Action to running for office to public speaking to starting new communities to writing books later in life, and so much more. So inspiring.
