Listen in to my conversation with Amanda de Cadenet
I have been blown away by your response to my post on the decades of undiagnosed ADHD Gen X'ers like myself. The comments are overflowing with those of you who have also recently gotten diagnosed in your 40s and 50s which proves that the medical establishment has severely harmed us.

about both that essay and also my experiences with ADHD and how I've worked to overcome my own symptoms - especially as I entered menopause. Please take some time to watch the video below, and I hope that it'll reinforce the idea that you are not alone in this.
I was diagnosed at 48. I knew I had adhd from when my children were diagnosed, but it was validating to get an official diagnosis.
We have more ground to cover on this subject . If I can only remember to text you for round two !
