Your voices and the voices of people like you are the light in the dark for those of us without likeminded people IRL. Emily, I'm hoping for good news on your tests. Shannon, I'm taking my grandchild for their passport and driver's permit and we are in the same boat. This brave person finally changed everything in school and of course we all thought the election was going to turn out differently. We had so much joy. Anyway, we agreed to lay low, my concern is the school records and the people who work there. But, we will cross that bridge IF we get there. Thanks for everything.
I’m not sure why there isn’t a mentor program at the DNC where the older politicians help and coach the younger generation. A good example of this is Nancy Pelosi who keeps AOC down all.the.time. She should be lifting her up.

For me, I have and will ALWAYS PROTECT KIDS, be they gay, straight, trans, immigrant (documented or undocumented), have special needs or not.
I would love to see the women in my community empowered but in the bigger picture, stop making women invisible and their life decisions criminalized.
